All materials, work products, and communications made or utilized in mediation or in connection with mediation are *confidential and are not subject to disclosure in discovery or in any judicial or administrative proceeding. *A written and signed agreement will be filed with the Court and is not confidential. Any abuse or neglect will be reported and will NOT be kept confidential.

HOPPES MEDIATIONS conducts mediations only in family law cases governed by Texas law.

Non-refundable Deposits: Deposits are non-refundable in all instances and will not be refunded if mediation is canceled.
